"I do not open up easily on anything in general, to anyone.
However, I could talk out very fluidly to Ilango Nadar because he created that
space for an open conversation. He could understand well what I was struggling
with, and unjudgementally but caringly, offered certain insights into my
problems. These were hidden at first, but came out convincingly, in the course
of the coaching sessions. Once the hidden parts were revealed, many things
became automatically clear and opened new ways, helping me resolve the internal
and external conflicts.
Coaching with Ilango also marked the beginning of several
changes I underwent personally and professionally. I attribute my evolution a
lot to these changes."
